Good for a lovely long walk beautiful views
The Estate is a great place to go for a quiet walk/run and is a 5 minute walk from Alnwick Market Place to get to the entrance. There are 3 walks available here, (4, 5 and 6 miles each) all are well paved and there's a long drive which is wheelchair accessible. Not only is there plenty of wildlife to see (including red squirrel and dear) but plenty of history, Brizlee Tower and the ruins of Hulne Abbey are worth a visit. Be aware that dogs and bikes are not allowed.

It is a marvelous place to go for a walk because there is no traffic apart from the few residents that live there and the occasional farm vehicles of course there are a few rules to obey the main one is you must stay on the designated roadways
