I came into the Alnwick area on my holidays and my glasses broke when I was cleaning them. So rang my local store Skelmersdale who contacted Alnwick store for me. I called in and during the afternoon you my cut lenses to fit another smaller frame so that I could carry on and enjoy my holidays, then just get a replacement pair sorted from my local store once home. Jodie was so helpful to me, it was great, can't thank her and anyone else who helped sort my glasses out.
