Really good food, pork belly is excellent and the rest of the menu is filled with strong choices. Rooms are basic though clean and warm and have everything you need, room prices are not expensive.

Can't be faulted on the quality of the food and the generous portions. First time I have had apple and parsnip soup, an unusual combination to me, but very enjoyable. Most importantly to us, we were left to enjoy our meal at our leisure, never once had the feeling that they wanted us to finish and go as you get in many places. Excellent food, quality and quantity and excellent unobtrusive service all together a great experience and well worth the very reasonable prices.
Great food in a perfect location. We popped in for lunch and could choose from anything as small as a sandwich or an Amazing steak. If the bar is full go on through to the back as there is a more formal dining room. Super friendly staff.
Very nicely decorated place, food was tasty enough, nothing too crazy tho. I had roast pork belly and my friend took macaroni cheese. It was tasty enough. Nice atmosphere to the place. You definitely can stop there if you're hungry.
