Appalling storage conditions, not heated, broken windows, rat posion and mice posion boxes everywhere. Not all storage areas are lockable.
Removal men dropped and broke our dining table. Instead of telling us they assembled it to look ok and disappeared leaving us to find the damage later. The company then refused to look at insurance because it was not covered as it required dismantled. The thing is that it never needed to be dismantled (as 2 out of the 3 men argued at the time). I will certainly not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Sad. It seems I have to give them one star to post this.
