We are buying through Pattinson Alnwick, from the initial phone call to the short notice viewings the staff have been friendly, accommodating and professional. They keep in regular contact through every step of the process. Buying a house can be stressful however these ease some of those stresses.
Further to my previous review below, the house is just about to be sold. Took much longer than I thought, but only due to my own personal circumstances. Throughout the whole process, Rosie from Pattinson Estate Agents has been extremely patient with the sale, very helpful, knowledgeable and provided assistance where required. As I'm 300+ miles away she has kept in constant communication throughout the full time it's taken (I wouldn't have been as patient with me as she has). As I've never sold a house before, Rosie has also guided me through the whole process to make what seemed like a daunting task, fairly easy. Excellent service.I would definitely recommend this company, very professional, dedicated and they go the extra mile to meet clients needs.
