Delicious Indian food. Id describe it as a taste sensation - and recomend booking as popular. Visited in January and we were unable to get parked in the car park at 8.00pm. Best in the region for sure.
If you've ever had a curry from Brighton Tandoori in Newcastle you would know that it was renowned and simply the best. Well I recently found out from the owners at Brighton Tandoori which sadly closed, that the head chef Ali who was there for over 20 years has now got his own family run restaurant Lal Khazana in Northumberland. so I was eager to try it. I have been here three times in the last three weeks and his food is still the best around after all these years! I will not go anywhere else now.
Thank you for a fantastic meal yet again!!Me and my boyfriend had a takeaway and could not fault it! Food as always was top notch and faultless and the service as always outstanding!! Can not fault staff or food! Will not hesitate to recommend Lal Khazana and will most definitely be back on numerous occasions!!
Takeaways are always lovely. We drive past a number of restaurants and takeaways to get here and have never had a bad meal. Wish they delivered but the food is well worth collecting.
Staying nearby in Alnwick we stumbled across this restaurant by chance with a little help from Trip Adviser. Pleased that we did, the food was exceptional and staff pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone in the vicinity looking for flavoursome Indian cuisine.
