14/01/2019Came here for first time this morning with bad wrist. Looked after very well by everyone from receptionist to radiographer. Every one friendly and caring. Left 1 hour later with splint fitted and a good prognosis of problem Thank you all involved.

Thank you to all the staff on day surgery unit for looking after me . They were all very friendly from the ward to theatre and in recovery .
Amazing service. The staff all very kind. Sorted us out in and out within an hour. Only down side was the people coming to A&E for things that people should go to the doctors for. Must be so frustrating for the staff. Also not to forget the lady in X-ray . Thanks to all.
Utter joke. Sitting waiting for hours even when theres no one else to be seen, never update you with why its taking so long either. Its quicker driving to Cramlington.
