Fabulous flowers .very friendly and helpful staff ..10/10
Received the most tasteless flowers ever from Julie ltd Alnwick today. Rang to complain about flowers that looked as if they were a fiver from a garage forecourt. Was told this was exactly what was ordered from Interflora. Could not believe someone could send me such tasteless flowers. Checked on interflora and could not compare their photo with what I received. I duly contacted them about abysmal flowers for 30.00 we went through exactly what I should have received and there was a big discrepancy, I emailed a photo of the flowers and they immediately offered a replacement next day. What is going on here. Usually use M & S when sending flowers, same price but tasteful and good quality blooms.
I have had Flowers from Julie on several occasions. The staff have always been friendly, polite and efficient. I've always had good service and super flowers from them.I appreciate some reviews have not been good, but that was not my experience at all.I would thoroughly recommend them, and think we as general public should review when we have good service.
I am in the U.S. and placed an order very late last night and asked to please deliver the flowers early thus we are six hours behind. My BF received his flowers a little after noon ( was a little after 630 a.m. here)and I was so pleased to receive that message. I felt Flowers By Julie must've known the importance I felt for his birthday surprise with the timing. However, I received the picture of the flowers. They were missing the blue flowers in the photo. They had the tiny ones but no big blue ones so the arrangement looked all white. I wish the ones they didn't have would have been accommodated with another flower. Just a little disappointed. I ordered these for the vibrancy it showed on the picture and it didn't look the same :(. Also, I didn't count 10 stems...
I am sorry to say but I feel the choice of flowers here are appalling. The quality of the flowers are good but I feel they are totally out of date and very old fashioned. I would never choose the colours that have been put together and I struggled to arrange them because if that. I wouldn't normally put such a negative review but I feel you are disappointing people and wasting people's money. I would suggest you find another provider for your flowers.
