Can't thank staff enough for refund of Fitbit Versa when found not to be compatible with my phone. A Fitbit not Argos issue but as another branch had not advised me that not all Androids work they allowed the refund. I realise that Argos staff are not technically qualified but there should be a sticker warning on the Fitbit packaging and people would not be mis-sold a very expensive piece of kit
NEVER NEVER buy a TV from hear!! Go to JOHN LEWIS (5 year guarantee) ORRICHER SOUNDS (6 year guarantee). We have had our TV less than 6 months and are expected to wait/be without our TV for up to 16 DAYS while they try to repair problem that has been there since day one, trouble getting TV just to come on and Internet/smart functions not working EVER. After phoning customer service I BEING told I could have to wait 21 DAYS for repair I was then told I could just take TV back to store with my receipt and get a straight replacement, BUT when I went to store they made me stand there for 35 mins, while ring people then being told no replacement was available and I would have to wait 16 Days for repair. I DONT WANT A REPAIRED TV! I paid good money for A TV that hasnt LASTED 6 months. I have left TV @ store and had to go elsewhere to buy a replacement TV! And Im still waiting for my credit to buy put on a gift card. Bad Enough experience and to add to that how I was spoken to and treated in the Alnwick store was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. From now on Id rather travel to newcastle to purchase anything as this store is a VERY BAD EXAMPLE OR HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER AND RESOLVE A PROBLEM.
Fast efficient service. I only had to wait literally 2 minutes from payment to receive my item. Was sent from another store and was available before the quoted time.
