Used this on and off for year. Great base for the rest of Northumberland, good beaches not far. It's a walkers' paradise, has become very trendy over the past 5 years, but the pub are better!
Not a great deal of consideration given to other campers by some of the people staying here, allowing dogs to bark for way too long instead of keeping them quiet. Shower water could be warmer, no setting to be able to adjust. Very strict on arrival time. Sometimes think the staff forget that you are a paying customer!
Beautiful clean site, bit of a walk to the bins placed either end of the site, good walk to the beech. One down side parents who still think the rules don't mean them and let their children play ball game's round the units.
We had a great stay here. The facilities are very good, clean, bright and modern. It is excellently placed for lots of different dog walks. There is a good play area for children. We would definitely recommend this site and would come back again.
Love this place, went back this year after a great time last year. The team there are friendly and helpful. The site is clean and tidy. The playground is great and you're not far from the beach and Alnwick. I'm sure it won't be long until we're back.
